Orders are processed after payment authorization and fraud review. Processing times may vary during launches, holidays, inventory delays, or high-volume periods. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you or issue a refund.
2. Shipping Rates and Carriers
Shipping rates may be calculated at checkout using the destination, selected service, package weight, and carrier availability. We may use UPS or other available shipping providers. Rates, services, and delivery estimates can change without notice before checkout is completed.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, holidays, security reviews, or events outside our control may affect delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned, refused, redirected, or reshipped packages.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, we may send tracking information by email. Tracking scans may take time to appear after a label is created.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at info@mindfulteeshirts.com as soon as possible. We may request photos, carrier documentation, or other information to investigate. Remedies may depend on carrier rules and applicable law.
7. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and compliance with local import rules. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
